The small details that complicate month-end
A schedule changed in a message, a break recorded on paper, a forgotten clock-out. At the end of the month, somebody has to put the day back together. Tymyt was developed in collaboration with Boostlab to bring time tracking, schedules and leave into one workspace.
Employees can record arrivals, departures and breaks. Depending on the workplace, the team can use a computer, a mobile device or a dedicated terminal. Badge options require compatible equipment.
Hours need their context
Schedules and absences help managers understand the recorded hours. A CSV export supports payroll preparation. In Belgium, the social secretariat remains responsible for its role in payroll calculation. Recording time is one part of that process, not a replacement for it.
Start with a real working week
For a shop in Brussels or a service team in Brabant, the best first step is a trial with one team. Decide who corrects a missing entry, who approves leave and when schedules are published. Explain the process to employees and review a few days together before expanding it.
